Lauren has over six years of experience supporting neurodiverse children, teens, and adults in a variety of roles, including as an educational assistant, supervised behaviour therapist, and now as a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Supervised Practice. She earned her Master of Applied Disability Studies with a focus in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University in 2024, following her undergraduate degree in Public Policy and Human Rights from the University of Guelph. This background furthered her ability to understand how worldviews, culture, and civil rights influence human behaviour. Lauren is committed to providing services that are culturally aware and trauma informed, with the goal of empowering clients and their families to thrive. She strives to create a positive and safe environment for all learners to build their skills and foster independence.
