As an RBT, you’ll work closely with our highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide essential Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy through natural environment teaching (NET).

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect accurate data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Engage in natural environment teaching (NET) to support skill generalization.
How to Become an RBT
- Complete Required Training: At least 40 hours of RBT training (Pathways Centre offers comprehensive training programs).
- Pass the Competency Assessment: Work with a BCBA to demonstrate your skills.
- Apply for Certification: Submit your application to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Pass the RBT Exam: Complete certification to begin your career as an RBT.
For those interested in advancing further, we also provide guidance and mentorship for becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
