Nicole has over 10’ years experience supporting children, youth, and teens with complex care needs and exceptionalities including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and other intersecting comorbidities by delivering behavioural services in centre and community settings. Nicole graduated from Brock University with a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies, is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario.
Nicole is also the Manager of Clinical Services at the PATHways Centre. Nicole is passionate about providing holistic individualized support, as well as striving to facilitate inclusion, diversity, and compassion through collaborative practices. Her mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals with various unique needs to become active members within their communities, meanwhile leading with a servant’s hearts to create more inclusive, accessible, and enriched environments. As the Manager of Clinical Services, she thrives to offer clients and families a sense of community and belonging that offers multidisciplinary services and a wholistic approach tailored to meet each clients individual and unique needs. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys adventure and travelling, sipping and flavourful teas and leisure reading, practicing meditation, and spending time with her Shih Tzu, Charlie.
